7 Bari, Polignano and Alberobello
Our final day in Bari began with a short walk around town, followed by Ron's speech at the University of Bari on the Chinese. From there we began our car adventure, heading south to Polignano for a critical stop for Gelato, followed by a walk through the old city. Next we headed for a brief visit to Alberobello, a world heritage UNESCO site, and home of the truilli - conical shapped, teepee-like buildings. As daylight slipped away, we made our way to our final stop on for the day - Ostuni.
